"I come here often. Girl working drive thru around 1:40 pm. Is just so rude no greeting or nothing. I've had her a few times. I tell her hello and she just gives me my order aggressively without a greeting back... She has an ugly attitude. If you don't like your job then change it... The drinks around this time as well are just very milky..."

"I have been here numerous of times and no complaints I was always satisfied with my order and customer service BUT TODAY was not the day the blonde young lady that was working the drive thru at around 2:00 pm her vibe was not it! She was very dry very rude I smiled at her told her thank you and she stared at me with a straight face and ignored me she shouldn’t be working if she’s having a bad day If I could give 0 stars I would… never coming back here again DUTCH BROS customer now"

"We arrived at the Starbucks and the lady was having a side conversation instead of paying attention to the customers. Then she threw our food on the counter, and then rolled her eyes and yelled at me when I asked for the restroom code. In addition the restrooms were filthy and out of stock on restroom supplies."

"Restroom was gas station dirty. No paper, no tissue, no soap, not to mention dirty everywhere. Staff was informed and they just said “ oh ok”. In addition, customer service was terrible since the beginning. Not the Starbucks experience you are used to."
