"Starbucks is not what it use to be. Got a faulty cup!! lid would not stay on my hot drink!! Then asked for a "HOT" kids size hot cocoa instead got a regular small size HOT cocoa which turned out to be COLD! had to walk in to let them know the situation cause I was in drive threw and the girl just walked away with the cup.. the guy from drive thru approached me and I had to re explain what was going on. Just BAD!!"
