"This place is good. I've been here several times but not recently. The staff are always nice and they get the orders made relatively quickly. I had the bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. If you're nearby and wanting breakfast, this is the best option."

"Their service is veryyyyyyyy slow! They need a new system to deal with the rush that they have. Even when I was the only one in the shop they couldn’t keep up with the demand of their online orders and neglected their one customer. Bagels are fine, but the service is abysmal."

"Decent bagel shop! We were in the area for other reasons but wanted some lunch. We got the Italian sandwich on an asiago bagel, the BLAT on a garlic parmesan bagel, and a cheese pizza on a plain bagel. I wouldn't bother with the pizza bagels: plain tomato paste as the sauce. Our daughter liked it, but it's not quite worth the price. BLAT and Italian sandwiches were fantastic."

"My family is a regular here, and we absolutely love it! The staff is friendly and the bagels are AMAZING! We also order the chocolate muffin with chocolate chips and it tastes like the Disney land muffins Disney stopped selling! The matcha latte and chai tea are excellent! I seriously could go on and on about how great this place is."
