"Workers are rude and lazy. On their phones and yelling at each other. They complain about how they don’t want to be there. Charged us for ranch took them 5 minutes to give us ranch, ended up giving us more than what we paid/ asked for. The playground was closed for “cleaning” but of course no one was cleaning it. ALL tables were dirty! Asked for help with my order and the girl was super rude and not helpful. Very annoying."

"I chose this location because they have an actual play area. The kids had fun, but as in any public space where there are other kids there are issues. One little girl kept following my kids and they didn't want to play with her. I stayed quiet, but I told them they needed to speak up. They were practically running away from her the whole time she was there. I went and started supervising my kids waiting for her to bother them; luckily she stayed away and I didn't have to intervene after that. I was ready to go talk to her parents. I will say McDonald's is not for me. I don't care for it other than the fries. We go because the younger kids still enjoy the happy meals, the fries are good, and the play ground is a plus."

"They do not have a good service. They take to long to take your orders. It doesn't matter if its inside or in the drive thru. Always you have to cheque your order before you live there. Because they alway give you the wrong order. Or they missed something from you order. And what aout!!! They do have specials and they don't let you know. If you find out after you pay. They don't give the special. So watch aout for the specials. The spevial that they have is if you buy a hamburger or chicken nugets you can buy them the second on for 99 . Don't forget."

"Ignored at the drive through for up to 5 minutes during my last 2 visits, until I practically yelled into the speaker. They also charged me $7 for 2 McChicken sandwiches, so much for the menu pricing being correct. There's a reason this location is always backed up, and it's due to their collective ineptitude."

"i initially wanted to visit in the drive thru but noticed that it was backed up because of the late morning rush. i noticed that there was no happy meal display in the lobby for the toys at the time. i placed my order for a quarter pounder via the mobile app. the lobby was relatively clean compared to other locations. the play area was also closed at the time of my visit. i also overheard the manager speaking over the phone at the front counter very loudly about some ranch packages."
