"Was so excited to try this place. The employee didn’t know if their granola was Gluten Free. I told him I had an allergy so I had to be sure and if they had a box of granola I could look at. Nope, they don’t keep extra granola on site. His solution was to give me no granola….I worked at a Nekter for 4 years, 6 days a week. I knew every allergen in that store, so I thought this was kinda ridiculous. Don’t work at a health conscious establishment if you can’t remember the top 8 most common allergies. Management, get gluten free granola and charge more. It’s not that complicated. I left and went down the street to Earth Bowl."

"Paid for chocolate protein and didn’t get it. Bowl was supposed to come with chopped chocolate on it and didn’t get that either. I was so hungry post workout I have been eating it and didn’t realize. Ladies are very nice though so I’m not upset I tipped."
