"This McDonald’s stopped counter service from now on. Orders will be done through there App or kiosks. I saw a few customers left without ordering after being confused by the new no-cashier ordering system. McDonald’s did it again, being a leader of providing less and less service to their customers for whatever reason. I crossed out this McDonald’s from my go to restaurant list."

"This McDonald's is pretty clean but the employees are sort of indifferent and reluctant to help. Because I had cash I had to go to the register and wait quite a while for an employee to come help me. When one of them did acknowledge my attempts to get their attention he rolled his eyes and told me hed be right with me but it was almost another 6-7 minutes before my order was actually taken"
"This McDonalds is pretty average. I usually get pick up when I go, but sometimes the mobile app automatically chooses spot #7. When I go to that spot, we wait a very long time and I never got our food. I went inside then questioned the person at the counter where’s my food. It got staged for some reason. This happened 3 times in a row, really need a fixer upper. This McDonald’s has some good though. I went in for a normal pick up but I was kept waiting, so I went inside to see the problem. I flagged a worker and told him my order and why it didn’t come out. It wasn’t staged, which was weird. He said wait a second and put a large fry into my bag. He was very kind. Overall, this McDonald’s is okay. I actually have no idea why I wrote this essay of a review about McDonald’s…"
