"Drinks are usually made right and taste good. But when they are not made right or something is wrong with the taste, the attitude is oh, sorry. Never try to correct the issue. Bad service from the barristas in regard to correcting their mistakes in the making of drinks. Purchase here many times a week."

"The worst , unclean and messy Starbucks I've ever been to. The service was slow and horrible. The barista for dine in at 11:00a.m. Mon. was talking and distracted the whole time. The floor, glass, counters, tables and windows haven't been cleaned for days. The manager should be fired ."
"I wish could give them 10 stars!!! The employees at this establishment are wonderful! I forgot my purse and was so worried when I realized it was missing. When I called this location I was assured they found my purse and that it was safe. The employees were also kind enough to gift me a drink to make me feel better! Thank your attentiveness, kindness, and for working on a holiday!!!"
"Everytime me partner and I come here our orders are terrible, but its the only Starbucks that's close by.... they messed up a hotcocoa... and when we asked for more cocoa powder and also the extra whip they didn't give us... the lady just poured powder on top of some whip cream..."
