"I went through the drive-thru to order 10 coffees for an office and was told I had to go inside and that they would not take my order. So then I waited in line for awhile behind 2 other cars before I could get out. Meanwhile this rude employee could’ve taken my order and started on the coffees. I have never had this experience at Starbucks and coffee bean wasn’t my choice, it was my customers pick. I will never return here. I drove to the Lambert location and they told me that is not their policy to deny service based on the amount of coffees!"
