"I would give a -5 if possible. My nephew wanted some Starbucks and obviously it’s something he saw on TikTok, tell me why the dude taking his order named ANTHONY gave him so much attitude. I made him order it to learn ppl skills . ANTHONY had the audacity to ask “are you done?” WTH is this , this place needs training in soft skills. This is the worst place ever !"

"Theres a blonde white lady there that was just so rude. You ask her for the most simple request and she gives you a nasty confused face like if what you said was the most difficult math question. Needs better managers. She does the same with other people. If she doesnt like it there and treats customers that way she should really quit. Overall the other baristas are amazing and the food is amazing but i feel bad if that blonde lady is their manager."
