"Place a mobile order at 10:05am went to pick it up at 10:29am and they told me they weren't given any more breakfast. Even though my order was placed 30 min in advance. They just refund me and didn't care."

"Asked for fresh!!!!!! Nuggets and fries, mind you we go out of our way to go to this location and expect better food than the one closest to our work but had an awful experience fries were stale seemed like a week old even after asking the girl at the drive through to make sure they were fresh very disappointed waste of money"

"Worse service ever! First time the girl who took my order was rude!!! Not sure if she hates her job but her attitude was horrible! I then ordered frappe with no whip cream & of course they made it WITH whip cream, they then told me to park to the side for a new frappe. I waited almost 10 min!!! I had to get off to remind them because of course they forgot about me. I love 2 min away from this McDonald’s but I would never go there again."

"The worst drive-thru experience I ever had!!!! This afternoon I decided to get some food from McDonald’s this location, and I used a drive-through, at first I wait for a couple minutes to get somebody order for me, at that moment I notice it’s not that busy, so I wait a couple minutes. The girls start placing my order, and I noticed she was talking to somebody so I decide to ask her gently to see if she can repeat my order just in case my order is right on her screen since I saw the big screen in front of me it shows different order, and she told me the one on the screen is not my order and I asked her then can you repeat that my order, and she just tell me to move to the next window to pay. When I saw the receipt the order is different. I told her that I ordered a regular quarter pounder and double quarter pounder, both without bacon, and she just ignores me and tell me to go to the next window. so I drove to the next window to tell another lady my problem is, and she fixed it for me, but I still have to park and for ten minutes during a busy hour. Could've avoided all this if the first girl repeated my order! I would never come back to this location the worst experience that I ever had! Fries were soggy and gross too!"
