"my sisters birthday today, ordered 3 drinks, gave the cheapest drink for free. saw another ladies order, they put barely any coffee, and then put 3 cups of ice. when they gave the coffee to her, it wasnt even filled up 3/4 of the way."
"I went on drive thru , asked for a vanilla bean with caramel and I said extra caramel aside from the caramel line up cup. I told the girl I didn't mind getting charged twice for the caramel because I know it's not included ! When I got to the window my drink had very little so I told the girl if she can add more. She said "you want more than that !?" I said yes. She took my drink and came laughing with the other girl , she couldn't contain her laugh and as for my drink !. Let me tell you. It was more caramel than drink I am not exaggerating. I was really upset and most at the fact that they were laughing and she said "is this enough"!? I will not be going to this location anymore !"
"I had stopped coming to this location due to the long drive thru wait; however today, redemption. Johnny greeted us at the window. He had a very delightful personality that made the wait worth it. Thanks Johnny (Pepe) you're awesome. I enjoy my beverage even more because of his positive energy. Thanks you made my day."
