"Last night, I went to the Starbucks coffee shop in Carson. I wanted to have Americano coffee, and Starbucks makes the best tasting coffee. This Starbucks coffee shop didn't have drive-thru services. And they had outdoor dining tables. When I walked to Starbucks, it was a small place. They kept the place clean and neat. They had few people were sitting on the tables. A young man welcomed me with the greetings. He was nice and friendly. I ordered a couple of coffees, and he asked me if Americano coffee was ok. Yes. I liked their Americano coffee. After that, I got the coffee, but it was a strong and bitter taste coffee. Americano should be mild coffee. It was made with half of the expresso and half of the water. Afterward, I added some milk & and it tasted much better. This Starbucks used to have lots of college students hang out at night. Tonight, this place was empty and quiet. Anyway, I like Starbucks coffee. Starbucks' regular coffee is pretty strong, but other favored coffee are really good. They also serve breakfast and lunch sandwiches. And they have pastries, scones, muffins & others."
"Their drinks always have expired milk. It happened to me two times, and they were so rude and didn't care about people health. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE, YOU WILL GET SICK"
"Says open till 12am and that’s not accurate at all. Drove here at 9:50pm for a drink before work just to be waiting for absolutely nothing. At least have the courtesy to your customers to update the times if you won’t be open as posted."
"Im a big fan and loyal customer of Starbucks for years now. I bought a couple of drinks the other night from this location and it was the most disappointing drinks I ever gotten in Starbucks EVER! I brought it back the following day to show them how bad it was to see what they would do about it. Luckily Shannon was there and she personally made me another set of drinks and gave me my money back on my card. Shannon was very kind, courteous, and made me feel at ease. She handled the situation with grace and I admire that about her. She even offered me any pastries I would like but I kindly declined the offer. A person like Ms Shannon is one of the reasons why I keep coming back to Starbucks. Thank you Ms. Shannon for your great customer service. I greatly appreciate you."
