"Just tried two matchas at Reborn for the first time and they were pretty good! Not Bodhi level, but better than most. The blueberry matcha was fantastic while the lavender matcha had a bitter taste that my wife and I were not a fan of. Without the lavender though their matcha is high quality and I would recommend getting it without additives. Parking was a mess, as is expected right on PCH, but we were able to find a spot in a lot across the street."

"Lovely decor that's beautifully designed. Friendly, efficient staff - Julie is a gem. Good coffee. Clean, well-designed toilets. Nice music. Pricey pastries but given the wealth in the area... ! (delicious pastries too, so good value). Beautiful clientele. Just a short walk from the beach, and an opportunity to walk over Goldenrod Bridge (cue Goldeneye theme). Pretty much a perfect cafe, and a much better option than the Starbucks up the street. They have plastic cutlery instead of metal though, but I think that's an American problem. The keyword is 'tasteful'."

"Sadly my favorite drink, Lavender Charcoal Milk is no longer available…! Staff told me Lavender Milk is similar to Lavender Charcoal so I tried and I liked it. That was very similar to Lavender Charcoal Milk. They also have good pastries and donuts. My recommendation is the vegan donuts."

"I consider Reborn in Corona Del Mar as the one of the top coffee shops in OC. I can say the location of this coffee shop is the best location you may find. It is in a walking distance to beach. This location attracts new staff regularly but all staff are friendly and professional. Their drinks is amazing. Try their Caramel cold latte and also hot teas. Drip coffee is a good one but sometimes it is not hot, you can try Americano instead. This coffee shop closes somewhat early evenings (I.e., 5 pm on weekdays and 6 pm on Friday and Saturday). I’d recommend trying their pastry. Also they have an interesting award/membership program. Don’t forget to sign up."
