"Great experience at this location. I had ordered a replacement tire for one that Nashvilles "world famous" pot holes took out and it arrived a day early. I was able to reschedule my appointment and get in sooner. When I arrived I was promptly greeted (and with a genuine smile) assisted and on my way in lighting time. I observed others being treated equally as well and made a mental note to do this review. This experience is what makes this brand excel. Keep doing what you do best!"

"I am so extremely disappointed. The disrespect to someone else's property is terrible. They disregard what you ask of them and don't look at notes. They left my name brand clothes stained with oil after tossing a tire in my back seat, when the trunk was available and I specifically asked for it to be put there. There is oil and grease and little chunks of debris everywhere in my car. Getting on Everything, and it KEEPS SPREADING. First, I ordered brand new wheels and brand new tires. They only ordered my wheels, and one tire for whatever reason? Then I had to wait 3 weeks for the other Tire to arrive. I do understand that there was a snowstorm during one of those weeks, however I should have been able to acquire my tire way before I did. I have been incredibly patient and understanding. As long as in the end I got what I paid for I was fine. I'm not in dire need or anything. However. This is totally unacceptable. 100% unacceptable. I will never come back to this location ever again. I will never recommend this location to anyone ever again. This has been the worst Discount Tire experience I have ever had and I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. In the end the issue wasn't the product, it was valuable personal items that will never be the same again :("

"Phenomenal quick service. Better than the Charlotte location which is not bad. Here they have an air tire check station very convenient for the cold weather coming in and pressure reading lower. They replaced one tire under warranty only $31 and another not bought at Discount tire previously was also replaced less than an hour wait for both. Excellent friendly customer service from Donny and Roderick and whole staff. Thank you!"

"Discount Tire on Nolensville Rd patched my tire at no charge. It was on a low profile Corvette forged wheel/tire and they took good care not to scratch it. Great service. They are generally very busy...for a reason! I'll be back for my tire needs."
