"Update 1/14/2024: Lunch and then took some dessert to go today....still exceptional! Still great people! They couldn't be more friendly and asking for feedback on what could be different or better....but there was nothing to improve upon. If you're not giving this place a try, you are missing out. They're back! And we couldn't be happier! When Patrick and Katie left the Riviera Village, we were so bummed. But now they're back and just down the road on Catalina. New digs are bigger, more spacious, and very nice. Indoor and outdoor dining - with a courtyard area. Plenty of free parking and oh yeah.....the food and desserts are still fantastic! Love speaking with the owners (so great to get some insights with our treats) and they are super gracious and grateful for every customer coming through the door. Please....please....give this place a try. You won't be disappointed."

"Great little patisserie I stumbled upon walking. All product looked of excellent quality and well made. They had both savory and sweet items-- tarts, filled croissants, quiches, and beautiful little cakes. Also a nice coffee selection. I had a rhubarb tartlet, an almond paste filled croissant, and a generous slice of quiche Lorraine (ham and cheese). All tasted great and well made, as someone who makes all 3 at home. Fantastic little outdoor courtyard seating, as well as a nice setup inside. Very nice owner and staff. A real treasure to have this place in your neighborhood, wish I lived closer!"

"E-Bike and Bike Friendly Business! Love coming to this new cafe and dessert spot! The Almond Croissants are the best! Fantastic bike lock-up locations. You can lock up your bike here and eat an almond croissant. You can also sit in a seat and see your bike from your table while you eat your almond croissant. Okay, so seriously, the Almond Croissants are the best here! Get a cup of coffee and that croissant! So GOOD!!!"

"Hi... I'm SB area there was no dessert place at all but finally I e found this place.... There lemon tart and fruit tarts are amazing second to none!!! And there cakes are beautiful balanced sweetness!!! Also there ham and cheese croissant and their signature Canale are super massively toothsome!!! And wow their Dark hot Chocolate with their sweet Italian cream like marsh mellow is amazingly balanced and scrumptious!!! Every they made totally home meal styles of French and the owner he is very creative patisserie and his wife is super kind and attentive!!! This is the only place in South Bay number one dessert place!! You will have great experience no matter what you try there!!! Awesome job Patisserie!!"
