"Tried to return Christmas gift my wife didn't like. Was told told only store credit. Nothing like that mentioned on any of my receipts. Worker said take it or leave it. Corporate policy. Should be a warning when you purchase.I had all the receipts. Original and gift. Unfortunate that corporate makes these rules, never tells consumers, then poor customer service agent has to take responsibility. Also no. Service animals allowed in store. When did that start?"

"As of December 2023, their new staff is some of the slowest baristas I have ever experienced in my entire life - and I go to Starbucks usually 3 days a week. The wait times are 30+ minutes, unbearable, and meanwhile there’s no parking outside so the entire driveway is blocked. Very disappointed in their service, so slow and not kind."

"If you’re going to be reputable business, at least update your operating hours with more than just a hand written closed sign. How ridiculous. This right here is a business that doesn’t care about its customers enough to even update the app so people don’t place online orders. Amateur hour."
