"Don’t go here without an appointment mid-day on a Wednesday. I walked in to an empty shop and asked the guy sitting in the chair on his phone if he had time for a haircut and was turned around without even asking if I wanted to wait, make an appointment or any other option. He asked me if I was Brian and when I said no, he said “I don’t have time. There’s another guy coming in soon for a haircut.” No matter that you had someone standing in front of you, in person, polite with money in hand. He wasn’t really rude but he didn’t seem to want to help me either so I turned around, walked out and drove to Great Clips in Lenoir City where I met Jessica. She was super nice and got me in right away even though others had online appointments. I get my hair cut almost every week and I know where I’ll go from now on."

This barber shop has a very small-town, tight-knit, and family like feel to it!! "We relocated to Loudon County in 2015 from Long Island, NY. I had heard of Rex's through a neighbor. Took a chance and tried Mulberry St Barbers. Best decision I could make. No fancy decorations, just small Home Town atmosphere. Rex knows everybody who comes through the door. Nick is also a great barber. Cuts your hair the way you like it. I was treated like I had been going there for years. Price is fair, great hair cuts, small chit chat. Can't ask for anything better than that."
