"This is the only Shakey's I've been to in 50 years that doesn't have the Signature Shakey's crispy thin crust. I've been here many times but the crust is always soft and disappointing. It's thin but it's soft so if that doesn't matter to you...enjoy. As for me, I will go to a different Shakey's. I did ask about it, the girl I spoke to didn't know anything and was disinterested, as young people usually are."

"Do not eat here. I placed my order to go. They made me wait 35 minutes while people behind me waited less. I asked for a supervisor, some guy with glasses gave me an excuse that his workers were in training. B.S. because order people received their order "for here" on time. How is that my fault if your workers are training. Get it together. Shakey's do better when your customers are not happy. Dude needs training in people skills. I will not go back nor recommend anyone to this place."
