I literally ordered from the Pizza Hut website & was never notified Door Dash was actually delivering my order. This was a terrible experience & am still waiting on a refund since I refused the order."

However the service upon receiving the curbside pick up was less than desireable. Was approached by store rep who firmly instructed this location does not offer curbside pick up, even though their App and website options do, and future attempts may result in hours of waiting to receive curbside pick ups. So following the options and guidelines offered by their facility justifies poor customer service. #messagereceived ...if only we could take back the custom tip added to a carry out order. #lessonlearned"
