"ordered online for pickup. arrived 5 mins after order was ready. still were told to wait another 15mins even when my order had been sitting on the shelf, ready. forgot that i was there and asked again for what i needed when there were only 2 customers including me. pizza got colder than i could have gotten it"
"I was so disappointed I've wanted to try one of those melts. I was so excited But "wow" I guess since they raised minimum wage now they're buying cheap cheese. It was hot out of the oven I took one bite of the pepperoni melt and the cheese was the most nastiest thing I've ever tasted. It was like eating plastic I won't be back."

"Food was definitely sitting for a while, cheese sticks were soggy. Pizza was warm but definitely not fresh. If anyone is planning on using the Pizza Hut app, don’t. The app sucks so bad, plus for delivery time estimates it tells you a ridiculous time frame. Food must have been sitting for a while from what it tasted, if you are ordering thru an app then you’re better off using DoorDash or Postmates. They usually take about 25-30 mins maximum"
