"I rarely review anything, but the food I just got was so bad, I have to. Cheese quesadilla was not cut at all,Had no sauce, and was heavily over-cooked. They forgot my Mexican pizza completely. My bean burrito was about as big as a cheese roll-up with no extra sauce or onion (even though they managed to charge me for the onion). Stick to geer or Golden State locations. At W. Main, you have to watch your back with all the junkies and tweakers in the parking lot."

"Walked in to order food. Was told to use the kiosk to order our food as "there were only 4 employees working". A gal working made a comment to her coworker stating, it takes 4 minutes out of your day. The kiosk would not allow us to edit or swap items. We ordered our food and stood at the counter waiting for help to make sure that the tacos/chalupas were made correctly. The same gal on the food line kept looking over and giving looks at us like we were doing something wrong. My husband was on the phone on a work call and she was making comments about it. I'm sure she thought he was calling corporate. All, while we're just waiting to make changes to our order yet we received no help. Three people walked in from the drive thru as their food was incorrect. All of us were just standing and waiting with no help. Once someone finally walked over we requested a refund and will go to the next taco bell down highway 99. Poor customer service, and obviously poor quality on food as 3 people came in with bags from the drive thru. Customer service goes a long way. A smile or even acknowledging that someone is there helps as well. Will NOT be returning."

"So I ordered on the app January 1 of 2024. I ordered the buy your own meal for 4 for me and my siblings and the food was messy and unprofessional. The tacos some had a small amount of lettuce and some didn’t one of the tacos had a chunk of ground beef all in the middle and the tacos were sticking to the wrappers as well and falling apart And stale. The bean burritos were good for the most part it was just the packaging. The fries in the build your own for 4 were halfway and less filled. I understand that it can be quite busy as I as well work at a Taco Bell in Modesto but you shouldn’t put in half the work even if it is. I ordered around 7:57 under the name Maria."

"Absolutely the worse store I ever been in. Workers refuse to take orders even letting customers walk out. Every table in store was dirty. Counter was dirty. Floor dirty. In the very short time I was in there I watched 3 customers walk out and go next door the get a hamburger. The management should be very ashamed and the owners should fix the issue in this store."
