"First time using Kelz was April 12, 2022. I have 360 waves I’ve been maintaining for 7 years. Long story short, I asked Kelz for a taper on the SIDES/CORNERS and BACK. Sides implying the corners of my head aka the temple. Instead, I received a low fade ALL AROUND MY HEAD DAWG. Shorty cut off 3 months worth of progress and pushed my line back further to match it up with a mistake another barber made. I basically have 180’s now and probably won’t get another cut until June. The only thing she got right was the cut length, everything else was trash and then had the audacity to mention her prices were increasing as I was leaving. Psh"
