"I love that this pizza hut still has a dining room area. Many pizza places got rid of their dining areas, so you have to take your food to go, but in my opinion, pizza tastes best when it's fresh, right out of the oven."
"I ordered a gluten free supreme pizza 12 minutes later they call me and say they don’t have gluten free. So I tell them to give me the regular one. When I get there my order was ready but did not give it to me right away. 10 minutes later they ask me for my name and said they had my order long time ago. I get home and I opened my pizza and I see a pepperoni pizza! This is unbelievable!! I called to tell them they gave me the wrong pizza and they let me waiting 2 times for 15 minutes and then they hung up on me. I just wanted them to refund me the price difference and they did nothing but ignoring my calls."
"Indicated to pick up at drive thru window. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the window and ask the name on my order. Waited another 20 minutes before someone came back to the window which was the Manager who said she noticed we had been waited an extended amount of time and once again asked for the name on the order. She apologized and went to get our order, returned within a minute with our order on hand. Total time between when we placed the online order to when we actually received the other was an hour and 5 minutes."
