"Because I was from out of town, Perry's did a free diagnosis on the spot even though they couldn't do the repairs for more than a week because they have so many loyal customers. I had to go to another mechanic two blocks away that charged me $250 for a diagnosis which produced the same results. They had plenty of time to do the work right away. I don't wonder why they had so many less customers than Perry's."
