"I knew in the first 10 seconds this was going to be a bad haircut. When your “barber” has no confidence with a pair of clippers you know you’re in for something special…and I got just that. I can only assume this was her first day because she had no clue what she was doing. Not a barber shop, no skill set at all. Do yourself a favor and just go to Great Clips, same outcome for a cheaper price. Not returning, just hate that I spent $36 for something I could have done in a mirror."
