L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

"This is unlike any L&L I have been to before. First, they are selling ramen packages. I did not know L&L did that. They had annoying piano music from some Asian video, just weird. On fountain sodas, you have to pay for refills! Every other L&L has free refills. Speaking of over the top charges, they charge for extra sauce. Every other location I've seen has sauce accesible to customers with no charge. On the good side: the lady who waited on us was extremely sweet and nice. She was very good! The food was tasty and good portions. Overall, needs some guidance on overselling sodas and sauces. Also might help if they turned on the A/C!"

"The shrimp was good along with the Basa. However, the portions I received were very small in comparison to Ono Hawaiian Barbecue. I gave the lady my order, which was the seafood plate and barbecue mix. She repeated it back to me. However, when I got there, she only had my seafood mix. This probably occurred because she was talking to walk-ins while on the phone with me, so she didn't catch my order. I assumed one would tell the walk-in to hold since she was already on the phone with me. She did apologize for making me wait but I wish they were a little more accommodating since my other food was now sitting."

"Cool oldies, amazing vibe, customer service amazing. Once I came in Karen (my server) greeted me with a huge smile. Helped me figure out what I wanted to eat. Food was good. Again, that’s the customer service we love to see. I still hope there is more people in this world like this. Good job L&L Hawaiian BBQ Patterson."

"Just had the portuguese sausage, eggs, and brown rice. Husband had the chicken katsu. Ordered through door dash so the brown rice was a little colder then i’d like but the restaurant isn’t to blame for that. I removed one star because my portuguese sausage was a bit overcooked and the shoyu packets are the typical restaurant style soy packet, not Aloha shoyu. One of them had leaked throughout the bag. Overall, everything was good. Didn’t get a pic of husbands Katsu because he inhaled it and that’s a sign that it was perfect."

"Our local Hawaiian BBQ in Patterson. We were super glad when this place opened up in town since a change up from McDonald's was nice. Small shop with super friendly employees. Fast and always fresh and tasty. The portions that they offer are huge and great for the price. I just have a couple complaints. Not a fan that they leave the skin on the chicken, And the sauce they use for the teriyaki is super watered down. When we received our order it was cool until I noticed the chicken was way too Burt on most of the chicken. Still ate it everything was okay but I think it could be a better. Still would rather come here then McDonald's."
