"went in during my lunch break to window shop since i was gonna shop anyway after work. as i was exiting, the security gate beeped. no big deal, i looked to give a courtesy wave to the cashier thinking it would be fine. not one but TWO girls come over to look in my purse. The first girl didn’t find anything(bc i didn’t have anything) and asked me to wave my purse through. it beeps so a second girl comes over and sends her away? She then asked me to then take my CLEAR makeup bag out of my purse and wave that through the gate as well. The makeup bagged beeped and i said it might be my bandage box( it’s metal idk?) The second girl then asked to inspect the makeup bag, and even stared at my pocket until i pulled out my airpod case? The biggest gag was the whiole time i was in the store i had a smoothie in one hand and my phone in the other. I felt so embarrassed, everyone walking in thought i had stolen something- and after i let her look through every inch of my purse, i said “sorry i don’t know what it could have been” trying to ease the tension. Her response ? “well it didn’t beep when you came in” i don’t even think i said anything back. i could not believe she said that. waste of my time and violating, can’t believe the business allows this behavior?"

"I call looking for an item,not aware that the store had 5 minutes before it open lady answered sound VERY ANGRY said call BK when we open.I call Roseville the Roseville Urban Outfitters the lady was very Happy to assist me,VERY helpful.Downtown location need customer skills.If you are clocked in on an job you should be working!!! DON'T bite the hand that's feeding you!!"

"I’m a local, and I go to this store very often! I just purchased some items today, and I was very disappointed by the person’s body language in the register. Even after I paid for my items, she was holding onto my bag so firmly like I was going to steal the items that I just paid for!!! This is very poor behavior towards customers."
