"I ordered a large chips and queso via DoorDash. After paying a ridiculous amount for the food and fees I received a bag of stale chips, obviously from the day before. When I went thru DoorDash for a refund or at least credit I was denied. So then I called the store directly and was told they couldn’t do anything to help me. For the prices the restaurant and delivery service are charging the food darn well better be right! There are a lot of other options around and I will not be overpaying for this trash again."

"I have been here a few times now. The first time when they first opened was good. But, this last time was the first time I actually went into the store vs went through the drive through for pickup. It was at 10:45 am on a Sunday and they open at 10:30. The place was filthy. The floor in the common area around the tables obviously had not been swept or mopped the night before. Then looking back behind where they serve, there was food all over that floor too. Gross. None of the food was fresh at all. Stale chips. And service was not great. Thankfully we didn’t get sick but I would not chance it here again."

"Picked up 3 salads from the drive thru. Got home and discovered they had no lettuce. They go through a lot of effort to avoid feedback or complaints. No phone number. Just a poor chat bot that bounces between the app and website. Then we realize the chicken is under cooked and full of cartilage and ligaments. I feel sick. We were excited to get a Chipotle in Atascadero. Now we're embarrassed to have it in our town. Also, I went through the frustrating process of contacting Chipotle through the website about 11 hours before the reply below - in case you are wondering if they are even paying attention."

"I will start by saying I LOVE chipotle. And the first time I had it at this location it was great. HOWEVER, I ate at this location on Saturday 10/28 and had the worst food poisoning of my life. I was nonstop throwing up all night then went to the ER yesterday to get 2 bags of IV. Eat at your own risk"
