"Recently I visited the shop and purchased a jacket for a friend of mine. I liked the style and color of the jacket, so I got it for them. When I had her try it on, they told me there was a missing button and asked if I could ask the owner to replace the button, if not to return it. So I went back to the shop a day later and asked for the owner to replace the missing button. She said she can do so and for me to pick it back up in 20 minutes. When I went back to pick up the jacket, I saw that she did a terrible job of replacing the button. It was at least an inch off from where the button was supposed to be. Which caused the bottom of the jacket to flare up when I had tried to button it together from where she had sewed. Which in conclusion caused me to redo her mistake by myself when I brought it back home. It was extra work and I paid $15 for her lousy work. Unacceptable and unprofessional."
"Great little store. You might miss it if you walk by too quickly. I brought several dress shirts here for alterations. I picked them up a couple days later. The alterations were very well done. I will definitely be coming back here for all my tailoring needs."
