"Horrible experience, if I could give 0 stars, I would. Let me preface by saying I'm a flight attendant and often have to go between locations; this store was short staffed but the manager was there to handle all business, and this particular location did not have fitting rooms. I was at this location in September of 2022 and made a purchase for a little over $22.00. I paid with my Samsung Wallet (phone) because I accidentally left my debit card at my residence in San Bruno. The manager is the one that rung me up. I ended up trying the clothing in the car and when it did not fit I took it in to return; again, the manager was the one working with me. Upon making the return, she stated I could not get a return on my Samsung Wallet and that I had to have my actual physical card. She refused to give me a cash refund and said she can only give me a Rainbow Card. She made sure to let me know it never expires. I agreed since I had no other choice, even though she was the manager....MAAAAJOR side eye and lip smack Fast forward to present day, I was making a purchase at the Mall of America and had my Rainbow Card with me from September 2022. I figured I'd use the funds instead of just letting the card sit. I never used it until then and neither could anyone else as no one has access to my wallet. When I was rung up, the cashier at the MoA location said there were no funds on my card. In blatant terms, the manager at the Oakland (this) location, stole my money "legally." Needless to say, they lost a customer and I strongly say buyer beware."

"They don't have the 4X shirts I'm a 4X shirt for it's jacket and this plant is not thick enough but that's the way it is and they don't carry it not enough flip flops for the summer and then they need to carry a larger coats 3x and 4x but wider and they need to carry thicker jeans I bought some jeans they tore up from between the legs they need a better material but other than that the price has great some of the clothes in their great and the perfume it smells real good I'm a size 22 in pants I wish they had some pants I I like to stretch jeans but I don't like the June to stretch out of shape and I don't like colors they bleed Selma Walmart has clothes like that they bleed the color is just fade away on some of the Walmart shirts but other than that they have pretty good bargain they need to have a credit card cuz in the pandemic there's still some people that's really poor did I need a credit card for people could apply for it apply for credit in the store and get credit card in the store better bring a lot of business"

"I was not happy about one of the employees following me around the area I was shopping. Instead of treating as a guess in Rainbows establishment, I felt as if I was a threat. I am 62 years of age not trying to do anything to risk my freedom."

"My cousin and myself dropped in to find her birthday outfit. There prices were great and we didn't have to spend all day looking for sizes. They were very well organized in Rainbow. We were not as impressed with the beauty supply."
