"I've noticed the improvements at this location. It was very organized and spacious. Very neat. The employees were also very nice and helpful even if the line would sometimes get slow, and people got restless waiting, I'd see them try their best to go fast but also take their time. Loss prevention and the security are also extremely helpful. I like how it wasn't as crowded as other Ross's."
