"The staff members were super-friendly and honest about the fit of my hoodie when I was last here a while back. I ended up getting a more slim-fitting one and it actually sort of keeps me motivated to exercise and keep trim (just so I can fit in it). I get compliments on it all the time. The selection of products is nicely curated. You'll find things here that you won't easily find at other stores. On a separate but somewhat related note, a friend recently got me a two-toned mug from this store, which has quickly become my favorite go-to mug. Every time I visit Oakland I try to poke my head into this shop to see what's in store (literally)."
"great store. caution: their designs come and go. I've thought I'd wait to buy a shirt then find out a design is forever gone. in other words buy it while it lasts? they support local artists and have more than clothes at their store. I have seen some of their shirts at the Oakland A's store inside the Coliseum. employees are great. great vibes. I have gifted shirts here and sent them overseas. (saying that youre from Oakland-ish instead of San Leandro, Alameda, etc. makes sense. I usually say SF Bay; SF East Bay to be exact)"
