"The lady was rude to the point where I think she might be prejudiced. I sell designer brands and mid level luxury items online so I know current styles, brands, trends, etc pretty well. I brought in two IKEA bags worth of new and like new items including Kate Spade, Stuart Weizmann, Patagonia, North Face, Anthropologie etc etc all nicely folded and packaged she just glanced at the bags and said, my customers don’t want this kind of stuff?! I was like wooow. Terrible experience and waste of time! SAD FACE"
