"During a trip to Monterey, Ca. for my son's birthday, I stopped off at this location after driving for two hours and while waiting on the food I ordered for my two children, wife and myself, my two year old son needed his diaper changed, so I went to the register and asked a women, who wore a Las Vegas Raiders face mask respectfully, if they had a diaper changing table in the bathroom, and she replied with a really unprofessional/bad attitude, "No, and you can't change a baby's diaper anywhere else in this restaurant either." I couldn't understand how someone is allowed to work in anyplace, let alone a major fast food chain with such atrocious customer services skills. I let her know that she has an ugly attitude and shouldn't work in any customer service capacity at all and I also informed the manager of the incident and she didn't seem really to concerned about the workers conduct. It was an all around bad experience, it left me irritated, I wasn't able to enjoy my meal and we had to change my son's diaper in the car. I highly regret spending my money there and would have been better off spending $50 anywhere, but here. My family owns a few restaurant's and if any of the workers talked to any customers disrespectfully, they would be fired. I treat people with dignity and distance myself from anyone that can't do the same. Upon looking at your reviews, I see this is an ongoing problem at this location, so I don't see any real change taking place here and if it doesn't, then I hope it shuts down."

"Loved the restroom good food and service. The only issue was a customer that kept telling and screaming to himself. Security had to come and remove the gentleman with mace . My coworker and I were a bit concerned."
"Literally the grossest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Went in to use the bathroom and eat while driving across the country and couldn’t even eat after seeing inside. My photos don’t even do it justice. They had Signs out that say caution wet floor and the floors look like they haven’t been mopped in a week. Not sanitary!"
