"This taco bell sucks. Go to the other one in Brentwood, Oakley, Antioch. The people at this one are rude for no reason, don't know how to work the mobile orders correctly, and are slow. Now that I can deal with I normally don't mind, and just deal with it. What makes this one suck the most? They don't carry all the same sauces as the other locations. They never update their menu so you try to order something you see on the drive thru screen and they reply that they haven't had that item in months. (even though it's still advertised clearly as an item to buy, with a price on it, in the drive thru). WORST OF ALL - They skimp more than any other taco bell. So when it's time for that glorious 4th meal and you're plastered, you open your bag and the burrito is as small as your right pinky finger and the taco is broken in half with a sprinkle of lettuce and two pieces of ground beef."

"Always get screwed in the drive thru. Ordered 12 taco pack half with supreme half regular (that’s 6 of each for the illiterate worker that took our order) charged for all supreme and were given all regular tacos. 80% lettuce and barely any meat on there. I get your workers are making minimum wage but at least put half an effort into getting the food out properly and doing your job."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Food was horrible. Got a chicken chipotle Melt. Almost $3 for it be half a tortilla rolled up. Food was dry practically inedible. Best thing was the Freeze. Never going to Taco Bell again. Better to wait in the In N Out line and spend less for more then go to Taco Bell and get served this horrible food."

"The young man that works the drive through is always on it. He’s kind, patient, and on top of his job. He goes out of his way to engage with you and he always gets my order correct. I don’t get TB often but every time I’ve encountered him, I leave feeling lighter. He’s a breath of fresh air and Taco Bell is lucky to have such a great worker."
