"Update: 02.01.23 We ordered lunch for take out like we have done weekly for months. Food is more bland now, not sure why. Portions about the same. Cashier was friendly, which we appreciated. Update: 08.07.23 We're not going as often the last few months. While prices everywhere have gone up, our burritos & fajitas have been much smaller. We thought maybe it was a new cook when this first happened, but the portion size was still really small today when we were there for lunch. Update: 09.08.22 Fiesta now has fries on the menu! They're quite good, generous portion! The best Mexican food in the Tri-Valley. Good portions, amazing chips & a variety of homemade salsas, horchata. Reasonably priced. Miguel, the cashier, is awesome!"

"Ladies and gentlemen, gather 'round the culinary campfire, for I have stumbled upon a hidden gem in the unlikeliest of places. Pleasanton, California, a town that might not be on the tip of your foodie radar, but fear not, for Fiesta Taco has emerged as the shining star in this gastronomic constellation. Now, let's talk about those Al Pastor tacos. Oh, sweet succulence wrapped in a tortilla embrace! The meat, kissed by flames and time, achieves that perfect balance between tender and charred, dancing with flavors that transport you straight to the vibrant streets of Mexico City. As I took my first bite, I felt an almost spiritual connection with the art of slow-cooking, and the blend of spices whispered secrets of generations past. It's the kind of taco that dreams are made of, the kind that could convince a somber mime to tap dance with joy. But let's not forget, dear wanderers of flavor, that even in the midst of a taste revelation, there's room for the unexpected. Fiesta Taco's salsa bar, oh my! It's not just a corner of the establishment; it's a symphony of salsa. A harmonious medley of heat, tang, and texture awaits your creative endeavors. Mango habanero, roasted tomatillo, smoky chipotle – they're all there, waiting for your chip to take the plunge. Now, let's address the elephant in the room: Pleasanton. It might not be the most glittering star in California's galaxy, but here's the twist – Fiesta Taco manages to make it part of its charm. Like a magician who conjures wonder out of thin air, the eatery's vibrancy and flavor cast a spell that even the most skeptical food adventurer couldn't resist. So, in conclusion, my fellow culinary explorers, don't let the geographical coordinates fool you. Pleasanton, thanks to Fiesta Taco, has transformed into a pilgrimage site for Al Pastor worshippers. The tacos are the stuff of legend, and the salsa bar is a canvas for your saucy artistry. Embrace the unexpected, for sometimes it's in the unassuming corners that food magic truly happens."
