Poke House

"I was craving poke, but I highly regret that I went today. Now I understand why the rating is 3.9 stars. Customer service is not the greatest. They gave me attitude for asking for extra toppings. I ordered a large and a medium bowl, and when it came to adding in the fishes for the food, they put literally half a scoop of what they usually do for all of the 4 choices of protein. I can't even ask for extra because knowing them, they will charge me extra, which is absurd, because before they would put a FULL scoop for the same price. For the toppings, such as onions, mangos, etc., I had to add for extra and they gave me attitude for it. When it came to sauces, they put so much sauce that it's salty and it's not edible anymore. When they were putting in the mixed in food items with the sauce, they were not careful and they were spilling things, whereas before on other days, the people are very careful with how they handle the food. I had to ask for extra ingredients because they put half of what they usually put. This is unacceptable. This transaction happened on January 15th, 2024, at 5:29pm. Check your cameras, check your staff, perhaps the staff need to be retrained. Unacceptable."

"We went here yesterday night and not trying to be rude or anything but the staffs were definitely not as friendly as expected when they do the dish with attitude (especially the last guys in the cashier). I would not gonna say anything but then one of us use the restroom and she can hear they were talking bad about her using the restroom. So next time if u wanna gossip anyone make sure u keep it nice and quite ok. The food might be the only reason u guys earn the second star."

"for $15 +tax you would expect better food. portion size was decent but the food tasted old and room temperature. the service was good, and staff was nice. the atmosphere is also welcoming but the fact that the food tasted old ruins it for me"

"Great fresh poke with salmon and ahi tuna. Very flavorful and packed with fresh goodness. Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended. Very filling. Paired with one of their teas made it a perfect dinner."

"This place is definitely the Chipotle of poke, so I would just come into the store to order instead of ordering ahead of time or online. Don't worry, the line is usually very short, and even if it isn't, it moves fast. The poke bowl was delicious!!! It only has a few options for fish, but it makes up for it with the wide variety and large portions of toppings. I was very full after just a medium bowl, but I would absolutely go back next time I'm craving poke!"
