"While this is usually a great store today not so much. Tell your employees to stay home if they are sick! While I stood for 5 minutes , UNACKNOWLEDGED, at the key counter, I watched the guy making keys wipe his nose on his sleeve at least 10 times! Lots of sniffing as well. Do I want him handling my keys? NOPE!"
"Best ace around, everytime I go there to find parts no one carries. Their knowledgeable and willing staff help me make parts and find bolts and screws specific to my needs. No one does that."
"I'm a handyman, and I was doing a job in Galt today. As is often the case, I needed some hardware, and Ace was the closest store. Man, was I pleased! Not only did they have what I needed, but an actual human employee helped me find what I needed. Their selection on plumbing, hardware, wiring, etc was extensive and well organized. I live in Elk Grove, and there are no longer any proper hardware stores in town, so I'm going to start driving to Galt to go to Ace."
