"The Hot And Sour Noodles Soup With Pork Intestines has too much oil. Fragrant Stir - Fried Cutlets Chicken With Chillies is ok. I came here for their Haerbin style pork, but totally disappointed about it. The dish was definitely over cooked. The flour was not applied well on the pork. It just tasted sweet not sour at all. It is really hard to bite. In addition, I was there for lunch. It was really hot in the restaurant. They did not turn up the AC, which caused negative experience."

"Visited last week after reading a number of good reviews online. The 锅包肉 was in good flavor, however we waited for more than 40minutes after order placement. By the time 锅包肉 is on the table we already lost the appetite to enjoy the flavor. In addition, we ordered 鱼香肉丝 and 重庆豌杂面 just to try out, which came out to the table early enough. Honestly speaking as a Chongqing-ese, I would not say the dishes are authentic at all. They were in good flavor to enjoy, but definitely not the best to represent the authenticity of the dish. In all if you lower your overall expectation and if you did not have to wait for 40min to try out the 锅包肉, this is a nice restaurant to pay a visit for."

"Mommy was craving Chinese food after a day of shopping at the Great Mall. We decided to check out Yuan Bistro. Yuan Bistro gave us a nostalgic feel! What Chinese food should be! If you’re looking for Panda Express, then this is NOT for you. Rather, these are dishes that reminded me of my childhood, things my grandma would cook for us for dinner. So comforting and yummy at the same time. Things we order: Wonton Soup In Hot And Spicy Sauce Crispy Fried Small Yellow Croaker Cold Noodle With Chicken Shreds Chongjin staly deep-fried pork Pork Kidney & Sichuan Pepper +Chilies Steamed Pork Belly With Lotus Leaf"

"What an disappointment! I had high expectations based on all the good reviews here. However, dishes are oily AF with a weird (like unfresh pork) flavor. The oil must has been used for deep frying for multiple times. The restaurant super very smelly. I don’t know why someone even said this is the cleanest Chinese restaurant… Guo Bao Rou(fried pork slices) - very sweet, not sour enough, very thick batter, slices are cut too large. Suan La Fen(sour-spicy potato noodles): super oily with no flavor. I had to add soy sauce and vinegar myself to be able to eat it."
