Ramen 101

"Only 2 items were vegetarian. We order both The most I liked was vegetarian ramen (replacement of vegetables are not an option). 2nd item was vegetable tempura and for me was a bit oily. But I’ll definitely go there one more time for their Ramen."

"Visited my GFs family in the bay area and wanted to stop by for some ramen and this was one of the closer places. The atmosphere was very clean, the service was very fast and responsive, and the food was EXCELLENT. I'm picky with ramen becuase most places can't nail their broths. The tonkatsu broth here was light with good flavor, the pork rib in it was tender and the meat fell apart easily. We had the fried oysters too and shared a bunch of the BBQ options. Very good value, great portions, and everything was made without taking forever. Would come back"

"I got ramen from here on DoorDash and it was absolutely my favorite ramen I’ve had in the SJ area by far. A nice size portion, comes with lots of goodies in it like bamboo shoots, marinated egg, delicious noodles, mushrooms, bean sprouts and more. I also loved the gyoza. Definitely will order and go in person again!"

"This restaurant serves ramen and Hawaiian food. It’s a small restaurant and we can order at the front. There are plentiful options to get here! The Grilled Chicken Ramen bowl is really big and served with large portions of food. I couldn’t finish the soup lol. My family and relatives ordered Chicken Karaage, Teriyaki Chicken Hawaiian BBQ plate, and other ramens (not shown in the pics) and they look really good. Really appreciate the service since our orders are served faster than expected!"
