"BUG in FOOD(picture proof). Bad Service. Manager NOT honor his word. We found a bug in our plate after payment and tips. First we told the server the food safety issue and she said sorry but never came back. We then escalated to manager, manager looks like he does not want to resolve it and after we insisted for solution, he said he will discount and waive all tips, Later he gave us 12% discount and still asked me for tips, which I gave him. The way they want to hand wavy on their food safety issue and the way he doesn’t kept his word made me really really disappointed."

"My visit to this restaurant was accompanied by high hopes, which unfortunately were not fulfilled. The meat dishes we selected were disappointingly average, lacking in depth and flavor. Our group consisted of six individuals, and we were seated in a private room, which appeared to lack any significant investment in decor, contributing to a lackluster dining atmosphere. Additionally, the service left much to be desired; despite our attempts to summon staff using the service bell, our calls for attention went unanswered. Based on this experience, I am inclined to explore other dining options in the future, as this establishment did not live up to the anticipated standard."

"We walked in as a group of 4 on a Friday night a little after 7:30pm and was seated right away without having to wait. We opted to get the upgrade with the AYCE but honestly, I don't think it's worth it. Just stick to the regular AYCE. For some of the items, we were told it would be included with the upgrade option and if we tried to order it again, we'd have to pay extra. It was a little confusing to be honest since it was our first time there. It's self-serve when it comes to getting the skewers, sides and sauces. Plenty of options when it came to meat selection on the skewers. There was a good amount of vegetables that were available. For the soup, we were able to split the pot to have two different broths. The staff did come around quite often to see if we needed to add more broth, which was greatly appreciated. Someone in our group dropped their chopsticks and before we could even turn around to ask, we were given a new set right away. Overall, I think it's worth checking out at least once. But with so many options for hot pot, I'm not sure if I would come back."

"They have a variety of vegetables. However, some of the skewer meats were hard to eat. Will come back to try other foods."

"I like the fact that your food come in sticks so you can easily try a bit of everything, but this place isn’t cheap at all. All of these sticks easily add up and become expensive. I would say great experience, but definitely not worth the price. If you OPT for AYCE it’s a better deal although they do charge extra for soup."
