The customer service from the manager and mexican lady staff fell short of expectations, and I observed instances that suggested racial insensitivity. It's very disheartening to encounter such behavior, and I hope the management takes steps to address and rectify these issues for a more inclusive and welcoming environment."

"I ordered my Sandwich without bread. I got the cheese on the bottom of the tray sticking to the cardboard. How am I supposed to eat that? I guess I'll scrape it off with a fork. their drink station is still closed down because of "COVID" absolutely ridiculous. I also noticed they don't comment on any reviews on this site."

Seems understaffed, usually employees are extremely dismissive and slow taking orders. I frequently use mobile order ahead and have several times gotten wrong orders or items missing."
