"So I ordered through popeyes App. Me being DIABETIC I TOOK MY INSULIN AND WAITED FOR MY FOOD…After a hour I get a text saying my order was cancelled and to contact store. Also I check Popeyes app and it also said it was cancelled. I called DoorDash and they said Popeyes gave my order to wrong dasher. And cause I placed the order through Popeyes app, Popeyes would have to give me my refund. I call Popeyes and they don’t answer the phone!!! So I had to drive way to the store and they still didn’t wanna give me my money back saying I have to go through DoorDash. When DoorDash is saying Popeyes should give me a refund cause I placed order through the app. Only way I see this getting settled is through corporate. I hope that manager gets fired as now they took my money and gave my food to someone else. They stole from someone who is diabetic and I need my justice!!!!"
"Presented a coupon and they rang me up a 35 dollar tab and I didn't see it until I arrived home and checked my bank account...! I only had a 11 dollar meal with a soft drink... they stole the remaining money they charged me"
"The food was decent. The service was pretty bad. It took the staff a long time to gather my order when all of the food was already ready when I ordered. All they had to do was package the food. The a/c was on pretty high and set to a low temp. The restaurant felt like a refrigerator. There was also a large puddle of water on the floor right in front of the drink dispenser and all they did was cone off the area."
"Extremely good service and staff. Steven and Syed they were really welcoming with best customer experience and I had an issue with the order which they understood and helped me with the order to make it satisfying. They accepted my request for fresh chicken which they said it's already fresh and batch keeps on rotating every 25 minutes but still they helped me with fresh food. And apple pies were juicy and fresh. This is my new spot for fried chicken in Fremont."
"11/9/23 Thursday this is my 1st time, i use to go to KFC. I ordered 2 PC chicken thighs with biscuit over $6 very small pieces, expensive. Extra charges for ranch dressing."
