"The Davis Street, San Leandro location has spiral down the toilet bowl .. service with an attitude by some fat female .. Even the food is of lower quality-hot pastrami sandwich came with quite a bit of tendons which is a far cry from it's former years .. @ $18 a sandwich!! no wonder there's only 1 person during lunch time .. There used to be multiple sandwich makers and a nice atmosphere along with a long line of customers .. do not recommend Togo's .. You are better off going with a burrito at a Mexican restaurant at a lower price point AND better quality and service to boot .. it wouldn't surprise me if this location closed down soon .. .. sky high prices, mediocre quality and attitude = 0 customers"

"Sandwich was good. The service is hit or miss. Usually everyone is nice except for one guy who was angry and was very rude. I always avoid this place if he’s working"

"It took 10 minutes to make 1 sandwich. It was toasted but cold. The soup was hot enough for a lawsuit. We’ve been sitting down eating for 5 minutes and it’s still steam coming from the soup. The order was messed up multiple times. The guy appeared to be new (bless him), but the worker Kim thought that filling mayo containers and dumping trash was more important than assisting us. As we were sitting down attempting to enjoy our meal, another customer came in and Kim ran to fix his meal in less than 2 minutes flat. Another set of customers came in and Kim felt it was more important to stock the chips. At this point it’s giving racist vibes. The 2 set of customers she couldn’t help were black. The other customer was not. Definitely won’t be returning"
