"I've been eating at this taco truck for more than 8 years. the quality has been incredibly consistent up until the last few months. Today I spent almost 20 minutes waiting for my food, Which I only got after I walked up and asked if it was ready because 2 people who ordered after me got their food. They handed me the burrito that had been made apparently a while ago and when I got back to the office and unwrapped it, it was mostly burned..."
