"This was horrible, for one the odds of you getting the food you want are INCREDIBLY low. The service is incredibly slow and you might be stuck standing behind that counter for quite a while as you wait for them to stop checking their phones and get to taking orders. Now provided you have the time to wait for them to get a move on and actually start making your food, once you get it you have to check your bag to make sure they got your order right. At this point I do it every time I go to any fast-food chain due to the fact that they just don't actually do a good job of giving you the correct food, and if you have any ideas of giving it back so they can get it right, expect to go through the whole process again. Now after I waited for almost 35 min for them to at least remember that I didn't want any lettuce on my tacos (using the term "taco" lightly here) I decided I would use the bathroom before I left. WORST MISTAKE I COULD HAVE MADE. Those bathrooms had the same sanitary quality as going out into the bushes and just doing it there they smelled like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks and not a single one of the sinks worked. After I walked out in horror of what I had just seen vowing never to return again to this location I got into my car and began eating my food which was by no surprise, incorrect. not coming back here anytime soon,"

"Food was good. I tried one of their new combos and a mango slurpee. The staff was great. However, the cleaning conditions were not good, specially the one restroom that was available, and that makes me wonder and worry... is the kitchen condition the same as the restroom?"
