"I asked for repair service on several units. They came immediately and to diagnose issues with my oven and refrigerator. They took a day to write up a quote, which to my surprise that part and labor cost more than a brand new unit. Let's just say that sometimes that could be the case, on several different appliances even. But when I got a separate opinion, the new repair company was able to repair for a fifth of the price. I was even given detailed parts and labor cost, which are all significantly lower. It proves that the job is able to be done without randomly being charged to extra hours and random parts. Additionally, I didn't need some of the parts that they randomly quoted. I was able to get it repaired without buying a part. It is my opinion that this business prys on people that asks for quotes, only intentionally not repairing it unless the quote is well worth their trouble. They made almost $600 in diagnostics fees, which I do not feel it is fair. It isn't a honest business when it comes to helping the customer and doing whatever it takes to take care of customers. It it doesn't worry about the long term business model. If you're asking for quotes, I would think elsewhere unless you're very familiar with the repair service. Had this quote been more excessive, it would be worth my time to ask for small claims court to get involved."
