"Pros: - people working there were nice (they smiled) - terrace is nice (you can watch the cars) - exactly between Yosemite and SFO (nice view near the bridge) - nice weather (sunny) - clean (the toilets are spacious) - good marketing (I like purple) Cons: - the fountain drinks were bad (according to EU standards) - they prioritize the drive thru over the pedestrian experience - the food is Taco Bell"
"I love the neighborhood but they have terrible customer service. The manager was taking orders and he couldn't even ring up our order. I had to park and do a mobile order. Taco Bell is supposed to have the best customer service... S.M.I.L.E. training is famous around the world. But.... they must not be using it anymore."
"Shut the door on my face!! 1. First, the website mentions that this location is open 2. I walk instead of taking the car (this is important for later) to this location 3. They've a hand written sign posted on the front door, closed for holidays, but were taking orders from drive thru customers 4. I thought fair enough, let's order drive thru, wait and pick up my food. 5. I wait for my turn to place an order for,, walk to the window. 6. They blatantly say, can't accept my order. "You need to be in a car". And shut the door on my face! Taco Bell doesn't - care about it's customers - update their store hours - adapt to the circumstances - care about the environment"
"This is one of the greatest Taco Bell locations in the south bay area. Super friendly staff. Always gets it right. Very friendly cashier. I didn't find this level of courtesy anywhere else in a fast food place. Great job guys."
