"To my surprise, this hotel restaurant was open during COVID-19. Granted this review is dated April 2021 which is a couple of months after the city had started its mass vaccination effort. For my experience, I tried the Angus Burger cooked well done. The patty was thick, juicy and very well seasoned, but the waffle cut sweet potatoes fries were over cooked and too crispy. Price was fair. Portion size was as well. This on-site pub is a good option if you want some decent food and don’t want to be bothered with going out. Note, all sandwiches and burgers come with a choice of French Fries, Onion Rings, Waffle Cut Sweet Potato Fries, Side Salad or Fresh Mixed Fruit. Seating is spacious and includes a bar. The pub actually shares the same dining room with the continental breakfast."

"The steak looked better than it tasted. The potatoes were cool so the butter wouldn't melt. The brocolli was good but the asparagus was half pithy. In their defense it's their third day after opening. There was no waitress so orders were taken at the bar. The set up is as you see, a bit spartan so you have to ask for condiments."
