"Read the previous reviews before coming in and sad to say it’s still the same. Coming from San Diego, I went to almost every single Anthro around me and always had a wonderful experience. It’s my favorite place to shop… so I’m a bit saddened this one is a beautiful store in a beautiful location in Napa but I was also the only POC and was so uncomfortable. I was not greeted like the other guests coming in after me, which I don’t care too much for. But then I was given almost disapproving looks and spoken to by staff so indifferently like I was a bother to be there and to ask for help on pricing of an unlabeled item. I’d rather make the trip to Walnut Creek or shop online than return to this location."

"The workers beyond racist. My sister and I were the only poc in the store hoping to find some cute stuff. However, the workers greeted and helped every customer except us, they blatantly ignored us. Do better Anthropologie."
